Travel to India when H1 B Petition is pending and have H4 stamping

Hi Team,

I spoke to an employer for H1 B filing and they told they will file in normal processing on April 2012, Meanwhile I am planning to go to India and come back by july. My employer tells me that I can travel without any issues and go for H4 stamping as my H4 is extended and needs stamping and I will not have any issues during stamping. And When I come back they will put my new I94 for the query from attorney and process as Premium to speed up the process.

Will this be an issue for my chances for H1 B approval. Will there be any issues for me to start working from Oct 1st. Will there be any issue for my H4 stamping in India.
