EB3_Victim
Hi, So far my company lawyer was filing EAD and AP and represent in G28 form. I am changing company and soon I need to file for my EAD/AP. If I file myself do I need to fill any G28 form? Do I need to go through new company Lawyer as they are going to file my new GC under EB2? Thanks Link to comment
Belle
You don't need any G28 to file an EAD/AP extention yourself. You will need to fill out G28 for your new lawyer to change representation on your pending I-485 case. Link to comment
Belle
By the way, filing G28 does not mean that only the attorney can take actions on your petition. G28 gives the attorney to act on your behalf - i.e. call the USCIS, file petitions, RFE responses, etc. However, it does not take away your right to act as yourself and do the same. Link to comment
