Documents required for H1B stamping in Canada.

Hello all,

I have my H1B stamping (EVC. F1- H1) in Canada, Below is the list of documents which I got from various posts in this forum.

Please let me know, If there are any documents that are missing in the list and should be carried for stamping.

1. I 797

2. Passport

3. 48 pay stubs for the last 2 years.

4. Bank statements for last 2 years highlighting Direct deposits

5. Tax returns with W2s (Last two years)

6. Employee Tax returns 3 years.

7. Quarterly unemployment wage reports for last 6 quarters and Employers list.

8. Notarized list of all employees from my company.

9. Client letter.

10. Vendor letter.

11. SOW

12. Work Orders

13. Proof of payments (What is this)

14. Employer letter.

15. Employer agreement

16. Experience letter

17. Project documents

18. Organization Structure.

How about your LCA and your H1B application copy I129? You mentioned everything except the main mandatory docs that you need to carry....lol

# 13 is the payment you made for your non-immigrant visa (H1B), I guess it's $150 right now.

Your list looks complete from a H1 point, make sure you carry all your F1 paperwork too, including the OPT card. Good Luck
