We then applied for H4 extension too in Dec 2011 as visa was getting expired. She got H1B approved on Feb 27th 2012 and H4 also got approved on Mar 14th 2012. Below are the doubts I have. Is H1B approved petition still valid?? Does the H1B petition gets revoked automatically as H4 is approved now? Thanks in advance.... Link to comment
