udaynathsubramani
My H1B visa was denied in 2011 Oct quota. The reason for denial states that ‘’my education or degrees do not qualify for the job’’ I am working as a business analyst with the state government and I belong to an IT consultancy. My education back ground is MBA and BE. My employer is filling for fresh H1B again in April 2012. Can anyone tell me the precautions to take or what are the things I need to do or my employer need to do to get it right this time. Any useful tips please Thanks Link to comment
kalyan_ac
Get your evaluation done with somebody which is accepted by USCIS also your employer should be able to prove that your qualification/experience is needed for this kind of a position. Link to comment
