tina30 Posted March 14, 2012 Report Share Posted March 14, 2012 I am currently working on L2 and want to initiate my H1B visa process.(My husbands L1 expires in Sep 2012) My company is ready to hep me with a client letter.Can I initiate my H1 or do I need a consulltant to initiate it ?
