5th Year compled on H1-B

Hi All- I have completed 5th year on H1-B and my company started processing my GC in EB3 category (PERM AND I-140 approved). Now can i change my company and file new PERM from new company in EB2 category transfer my priority date and get extension on H1-B.

If you have gained enuf experience to qualify for EB2, you can do so. Seek advise from an immigration attorney to work out your case, before making a final decision.
