nilay007 Posted March 10, 2012 Report Share Posted March 10, 2012 Hi, Company A has already applied for my H1B visa transfer (premium). but now, I have a better offer from Company B and want to join that company. The transfer from Company A has not been approved yet. Can Company B start the transfer process. Is this legal? Do I have to inform company B that there is already a transfer from company in progress? Thanks for your help. Link to comment
