I-485 Part 3.1 B Question: Have you ever in or outside of the US, been arrested, cited, charged, indicted, convicted, fined....

I am married to an American Citizen with 1 child (also with citizenship) and another on its way...

Although we started our lives in Israel when my wife and I learned she was pregnant for the second time we decided to move to the States.

Before our move, I was called to the police for questioning because of a neighbor compliant regarding scratches to his car,

After the questioning I was tld to sign for collateral and was then released.

Once we arrived to the U.S, I started my green card application...

I am stuck at the following question:

Part 3.1 B of the I-485 application Question: Have you ever in or outside of the US, been arrested, cited, charged, indicted, convicted, fined or imprisoned fo breaking or violating any law or ordinance, excluding traffic violations?

From your past experiences with immigration applications:

1- Do I answer yes or no to this question?

2- What are the chances that the USICS will deny my application

because of this case at the local police in my Hometown.

3-What kind of papers should i send with my application,

that can help me to explain the minority of the case?

Thank you.
