I might get the visa by oct or nov.I am planning to travel in H4 in July ,availing vacation leave after my H1B visa filed & come back for stamping after my visa petition approved.Planning to travel with H1B later. Please let me know if it affect my H1B approval..Can I appear for H1B stamping immediately coming back from US? Awaiting your reply. Link to comment
