485Question Posted March 5, 2012 Report Share Posted March 5, 2012 I have been on H1 since 2007 October. I was on maternity leave starting Jan 1, 2012. I am currently on maternity leave until end of March. I have decided to stay with baby at home, so need to change my status to H4. My husband recently applied for 485 (I am part of the application) and received receipts. DO I need to apply for H4 while awaiting for EAD? Please clarify Thanks in advance Link to comment
