Only before 3 weeks(On Feb-10) we came to know that our date is going to be current in march. The civil surgeon appointments & medicals are going to take minimum 3 weeks. Also, I had sent my docs to the lawyers office on 20th Feb. Though, the lawyer delayed filing till 6th March, he could have done it on 1st March....Just my luck... Link to comment

How are you guys able to send exactly on mar-1? INDNewYork- Not sure why it would take you 3 weeks to get an appointment. I was able to book an appointment within a couple of days. The doc asks you to come back in 48hours to check on the TB test results. When i went back in 48 hours, the doc completed the tests and handed over the sealed paperwork to me. So start to finish, it took me 7 days to complete the paperwork and medical exams. Link to comment

Not sure if they mailed my confirmation mails to her email address as well or some thing went wrong in their system. Both of us applied for 485, EAD, and AP on March 7. I did not get any email confirmations from USCIS so far. Has any one experienced similar thing before? Link to comment

Even if they have received prior to Mar 1st, since they have already accepted them and issued you receipts I guess you should not have any issue. I heard if they receive prior to the eligible date they send rejection notices (not acceptance notices). You might want to re-consider the thought of filing it again (at least discuss with an attorney before you do anything like that) if you want to avoid problems with multiple filings of the same case. However, since your wife has received 6 emails it is highly likely that they include yours. My wife and I got paper copies of receipts (3 each) and the receipt numbers were 6 consecutive numbers.
