knreddy Posted February 28, 2012 Report Share Posted February 28, 2012 I am in 6th year of my H1B and it will be expiring on June 30th 2012 and my GC is in process got 140 approved. All these years in all my previous H1b petitions and in GC my Job Title has been Software Engineer. I am planning to apply for H1B extension and my attorney already applied for LCA with a different job title as Computer Programmer !! Will this cause any issues in my GC processing or H1b ext ? or Do you think i need to apply a new LCA with my old job title as Software Engineer ? Please shed some light...
