futurework1975 Posted February 24, 2012 Report Share Posted February 24, 2012 When my I140 got NOID (Notice of Intention denied) during that process I transferred my 7th year H1B to another company got approval till Feb 2013. I got H1-B approval based on (LC pending for 365 days with previous employer from which I got I140 denial). In first week of Feb I received I140 denied, will they deny even Approved H1B transferred to different company ? Experts, please advise. Link to comment
