harpreetset Posted February 18, 2012 Report Share Posted February 18, 2012 Hi, My I-140 is rejected under EB1C because there was a small mistake in my resume. that mistake was my offshore experience. The duration of project I led as manager in India didnt have proper dates mentioned which caused an RFE and then denial. Seeking for some help on what can be done in this regards. I plan for apeal but my attorney is saying that its not likely that USCIS would accept this mistake and would reject the apeal. Should we still give it a try? Link to comment
