getitgo Posted February 18, 2012 Report Share Posted February 18, 2012 My wife was in H4 when she entered USA an yr back and on Feb'2012, she got her H1b approved. Now her change of status is H1B but she couldn't find a client now to start her work yet and moreover my GC got current in March. So we figured out that we have to change the status to H4, that way it won't affect my GC. Please advise us the options to convert H1b to H4 now. Her H4 visa is valid until June'2012. Link to comment
