Nashhh Posted February 14, 2012 Report Share Posted February 14, 2012 My Wife got her H1 Visa stamped in 2010 and her stamping is valid until Sep 2012. She transfered her H1 since then and also moved to H4 for a brief period and converted back to H1. we are planning to travel to India in March. Does she need to get stamping since she has changed her company and also changed her status in between. Link to comment
neov Posted February 15, 2012 Report Share Posted February 15, 2012 No she doesn't need a new H1B stamp till Sept 2012. She would have needed it if she had changed the category itself i.e. from H visa to L visa or F visa. Link to comment
