sri.sri Posted February 7, 2012 Report Share Posted February 7, 2012 Hi, I have attended my visa interview for H1B in March 2011(hyderabad) and got 221g (yellow slip). I have submitted all required documents in April. It is still in Pending Status since then. My H1 petition is expired (09/30/2011) and I have asked for my Visa application withdrawal and still the consulate havent approved my withdrawal. Now the MNC company that I am working for wants to process L1 visa for some urgent requirement and am not sure if the pending H1B visa application would cause any problem for my L1 visa interview.
