rnvkalz
Hello, I am on H1B visa and I have recently transferred from company P to company C. Company C H1B visa is approved. Now, I want to go back to company P. My previous company P did not revoke my H1B (i.e., My previous company H1B is still active). My question is: Can I go back to my previous company without H1B transfer? Or should I do my H1B transfer again? Please help. Thank you. Link to comment
pontevecchio
Maybe it is not what you want to do but what the previous company wants to do. They may tale legal opinion and then decide. Link to comment
livliv
You can return to P. Link to comment
