krish9999 Posted January 27, 2012 Report Share Posted January 27, 2012 Hello Guys, I have applied my H1B in April-2011because of my OPT is expiring,But i got query and my employer had answered for the query even thought the H1B got denied.My OPT also got expired. Now i am working in one of the IT company, so i have taken admission in one of the school. Can i continue my job with the CPT status? Please answer the question ASAP... Chitown01 Posted January 28, 2012 Report Share Posted January 28, 2012 As long as you have an admit from a new school, school allows you CPT (part/full) and you maintain the status i.e. attend courses take clasess properly etc.... then yes Link to comment
