Medical Exam Issue

My priority date became current in December 2011 i.e. (January 2012 Edition). It means that my priority date became current from Jan 1, 2012. However, I got my medical exam done on December 15, 2011. I am going to file my I-485 in few weeks. Can I submit the I-693 form I received in December 2011 as my priority date wasn't effective at that time?

Do I have to get a new medical exam again?

Pleas help. Thanks in advance.
