Oneamongyou
My employer or may be the attorney never received the certified perm, even during the filing of I-140 they requested for the copy of perm but never received it, but i did received I-140 approval. My EB2 date is current now and I want to file for I-485, I am not sure what should be done in this circumstances as I am worried that my I-485 application may be denied in the absence of certified copy of perm. Please advise what needs to be done in this case. Link to comment
Belle
PERM is only needed for I-140. I-485 is filed based on I-140, and you do't need any PERM copies. Read I-485 instructions. Link to comment
