RamyaVisa
Hi, In 2010, I went to US on H4 visa with my husband. I got my h1b visa petition approved in 2010 and was working. In Nov 2011, I came to India for visit and went for h1b visa stamping to mumbai consulate. I was issued 221(g) (blue form) refusal. I submitted the addtional documents. I received an email to give re-interview. In the re-interview they asked same question as earlier and issued a 221(g) (blue form) denial letter. They are asking me to resubmit again the same documents as in earlier 221(g). Now, I am planning to go for H4 stamping as there is no hope for h1b and its been long I am stuck in India. So can I go for H4 stamping without resubmitting the documents? This time around can i choose chennai consulate? Appreciate your help Thanks, Ramya Link to comment
