Not able to check the case status online with receipt number

I received the receipt notice for I485 from NSC. When I checked the status in online, it says

"Your case can not be found at this time in My Case Status. Please check your receipt number and try again. If you need further assistance, please call the National Customer Service Center at 1.800.375.5283."T

Does this mean, the submitted application has any error/wrong entries?. Is any one facing the same problem?. Do I need to contact NSC?

Experts, please let me know your suggestions.
