If I leave the country in Feb 2012, can I apply for fresh H1 this April (2012) and return in Feb 2013(since I have to be out of the country for one year) or can I only APPLY after staying out of the country for one year? (which would mean I cannot apply for H1 before April 2013). Please advice. Link to comment
