How to pay MRV fees after registration for viewing dates at vancouver

i created an account at vancouver visa site and would like to view the dates availability in march...can anyone help how I can view the available dates in March 2012? Should I pay the MRV fees inorder to be able to do tht? I dont see any link to pay MRV fees.. Can anyone plz help ?
