EB3 to EB2 porting advice

I have 458 application pending since 2007 at NSC.

Last year in June my current employer applied for PERM. Its approved. They also applied for 140 in EB2 category. Its also approved in Dec with PD of old EB3 140 of June 2006 and same A #.

So I can say my PD is captured with my A #. My I-485 attorny already sent a formal letter to USCIS in early Jan 2012.

Any advice by Murhty attorneys on further steps to be taken by applicant. Any help will be much appriciated.
