Spouse I140 approved in EB3 category, Adding to husbands 485

My I140 has been approved in Eb3 category and the PD is Oct 2010. My husbands GC is filed n EB2 category and the PD is current. We are on individual H1b from respective employers. Will adding my name to my husbands 485 create any issue to my approved I140 application or H1 B work status if in case the 485 application is denied?

No, it will not, promarily because there is no such thing as "adding your name to husband's I-485". It is not clear whether you want to file your own I-485, but in any case it does not impact your I-140.
