Processing time for Canada visitor visa in seattle

I need to travel to canada for my H1b extension stamping.

And i need a canadian visitor visa to travel to canada. I was thinking of seattle and driving to vancouver.

Can anyone please let me know the processing time taken in seattle center if i go in person?

I have been there in 2008 and i received it on the same day but now they have changed the processing times it seems.

some one who have been there recently, please post the time taken so that i can plan accordingly to vancouver.
