Archiees
How to find my priority date. My I140 got approved on Sep1 2011 and it was filed concurrently in Oct 2010. I am still awaiting my I 485 approval. The approved I140 says my priority date is Oct 28, 2010 (strange). It is in EB1-B (Outstanding Researcher). If all the visa bulletin's say EB1 is always current - then why I have not received my approved. Link to comment
JoeF
The PD is the date the first application in the case reached the authorities. In your case, the date of filing the I-140. You can see the processing times for I-485s on the USCIS website. Link to comment
jat
Call USCIS; looks like an error. My priority date is written as I applied based on EB-2, even as I am current based on my spouse's country. Some cases are still pending per last I-485 inventory on the website. My I-485 is also pending since dec 2010. May be yours is also one of the few pending. Link to comment
