221g New Delhi please gather here...

I was interviewed on Jan 3, 2012 @ New Delhi and given 221g Yellow Slip.

Case Details:

H1b renewal (1st H1b stamp from Delhi)

Model: E-V-C

Questions asked by VO: Only regarding Employer employee relationship (10 min)

Papers kept: Original I797, LCA, Itinerary, Vendor contract, Client letter (Federal), passport returned

I felt New Delhi is very strict about EVC model cases though my LCA has current client and vendor details

including Eomployer employee relationship. Other important thing is how clean is your employer, did they have any issues with USCIS or complaint etc

2 weeks and still waiting to hear back from them...

Any similar experiences and successful stamping after 221g?

i was interviewed on 18th jan..

VO asked a lot of question regarding the employer..

and then issued the 221g green form asking for lots of employer related documents.

i will submit it as soon as i get it from my employer..

my case is also EVC model..

lets hope for best..
