Attorney_10
Generally, the H1B visa classification has two requirements. First, the position offered must be in a specialty occupation which requires a minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study as the minimum requirement for entry into the position. Second, the beneficiary must be qualified for the position by possessing the required educational and/or experience background. Please schedule a consultation with an experienced immigration attorney to discuss the specific facts relating to your husband's case and to determine whether he may be qualified for a H1B visa in the offered position.
