Does any one know if she can travel to India for 5-6 months without physically receiving her Green Card. Does she have to file any forms to leave the country? Thanks in anticipation. Link to comment
leman Posted January 20, 2012 Report Share Posted January 20, 2012 She can travel to India if she has valid visa to return (H1b / H4 and so on). However I believe she needs to be present in USA when her 485 is approved. This is difficult to predict hence extended travel is not desired. Link to comment
