Extension beyond 6 years - Imp

Hi

My Labor (EB3) was filed through employer A, before the start of my 6th year on H1 and that went into Audit. (I dont know if it was canceled by the employer yet Can it be?). My overall H1 period ends in june 2012.

I changed to another employer B.Another Labor was filed by employer B(EB2) in oct 2012 (after the start of 6th year.)This one has gone into audit and I'm not sure if I will get it approved with my I 140+H1 before June 2012.

One more thing is that my wife is On a valid H1 whose expiry will be next year.

What are my options now if I need to stay in US after June? This is very critical and urgent for me. Your response is appreciated.
