gramesmith
Hi, I got my H-1B in Dec'11 when I was on F-1 CPT. I am pursuing my Master's part time to complete the rest of my credits, is it recommended to go to India or can I even go to Canada ? The US Visa consulate of Canada specifies that unless I have a Masters degree or major work experience in the US it is recommended to go for stamping in India. ( I have 1 year of work experience in the US on L-1 and 3 years in India, so may be I should go to India ) Also, should I expect any tricky questions at the US consulate in India if I have not graduated before H-1B approval ?
