H1 B Transfer/ Stamping questions

Hi Friends,

I am little nervous about H1b Transfer.

Here is the situation: I recently got my new H1B in Oct 1 2011 with ABC Consulting company.

Now my client like my work and they want to transfer my H1 B.

1. How long this transfer will take?

2. List of the document they provide for a Full Time employee.

3. List of the documents that required us to get from client for future H1 B stamping ?

4. list of documents required for H1 B stamping
