Working for the same company back in india and in between i had a US visit for about 10 weeks on B1. Now that i got another project for which i have to be in US for 2yrs so i'm planning for applying L1. Will those 10weeks of US visit will be included or excluded from the 1 yr period that i have to stay out of US ??? before applying for new H1 or L1. Thanks, JSN Link to comment
JoeF Posted January 8, 2012 Report Share Posted January 8, 2012 The 10 weeks will not count towards the one year abroad requirement. So, the one year abroad extends for these 10 weeks that you were in the US. Link to comment
