krantigayam Posted January 5, 2012 Report Share Posted January 5, 2012 Hi, I am currently on H4 and it is valid till 2013. My H1B petetion was approved in 2009. This requires consulate stamping and I have not gone for it. Planning to reapply for H1B with Change of status. Can I reapply for H1B (with COS as option) from a different employer ? Will this be considered under the quota or do i have i to wait untill next cycle? Please advise. Thanks Kranti Link to comment
