But currently my annual income is less than what was mentioned in the LCA as i am working only for 30hrs a week due to need to support family ( i have a kid at home ) . since my anual income goes below the salary mentioned in the LCA will it be problem while getting visa stamping done ? please suggest , what to do in this case ? Also I am planning to get a letter from my employer saying that i am working for less hours and hence the pay is less. will this help . please help, i want to knwo how to handle this situation , what is leagally right to do in this case ? USADreams Posted January 4, 2012 Report Share Posted January 4, 2012 They might find difference between LCA and your pay rate . But if you can explain the reason there should not be a problem . For example some one can be sick/Family reasons and worked less amount of hours and salary might be cutoff . Link to comment
