livliv Posted January 3, 2012 Report Share Posted January 3, 2012 If you worked for the entire year and still got paid less than LCA (gross salary = take-home + your taxes), you can complain to DOL using WH4. If you started working anytime after Jan 1, only the prorated portion of LCA annual amount needs to be paid. If you were present in the US in H1 status for the whole year, you must have worked for the whole year. Link to comment
