M.V.
Hello All, I was on L1B Individual Visa from Jan 2008 to May 2010. My L1B extension request got denied, and then I applied for a H1B visa which I got in Jan 2011. This visa is valid till Dec 2012 viz. about 2 years. I was wondering if the clock gets reset when you get a H1B after a L1B individual (even though you didn't spend more than a year outside US) or will the time I spent on the L1 be added to calculate the 6 years maximum stay permitted under H1? Thank you for your time. Link to comment
