AJK_1 Posted December 31, 2011 Report Share Posted December 31, 2011 Hi At present I am working with a company with H1B but they are not interested in filing my GC so I applied for another H1B and it's approved and they are ready for my GC. May i keep TWO H1B at a time. Somebody told me that if I am not going to use new H1B than it should be revoked within 50 days. Please advise Thanks Link to comment
