vk43 Posted December 30, 2011 Report Share Posted December 30, 2011 Hello, My OPT ends on March 31st 2012 and my company is willing to sponsor and apply for H1B on April 1st 2012. Can I work in the Cap Gap extension or will there be any problem. Is there any solution for this kind of situation. Another question I have is my EAD card started on April 11th but ends on March 31st is this normal? Please advise and thanks! Vishwa Link to comment
