aiyer100 Posted December 29, 2011 Report Share Posted December 29, 2011 My PERM was filed in Aug 2011 and has been audited. The attorney responded to the audit in Dec 2011. Do they process audits based on when the audit response was filed or based on when the original PERM was filed? If based on the original priority date, I shud hopefully get a response by around April - May 2012 if not it could be close to Aug 2012. The DOL website states that they are currenyly processing audits with prioirty date of April 2011.. Can any1 share experiences with audited applications? I work for a well known software company as a software engineer... Link to comment
