H1 approved, L1 B Extension in progress

Hi,

My L1 B and I-94 got expired on April 2011. I applied for L1 B Extension which is still under process after submitting 2 RFEs. My dependents L2 Extension is also in progress and waiting for result.

In the meantime, my company applied for H1 B and it got approved. But my dependents petition H4 (I-539) got denied.

1. Can my dependent still continue to stay in US while L2 Extension being processed?

2. Can I travel to India for vacation now? If so, will I go for H1B stamping and apply H4 stamping for my dependents.

3.Since my H1B is approved, should I request to cancel my L1 B extension? If so, how long will it take to cancel my L1 B extension? Can I travel to India before L1 B extension gets canceled?
