kvkps Posted December 28, 2011 Report Share Posted December 28, 2011 I got 7th year extension on my H1 which is valid from Feb 2012 to Feb 2013 but I received intent to revoke for employer-employee relationship on my current H1 which is valid till Feb 2012(Just 60 days left), when I applied my current H1B I was working for company A but my project was done there about 6 months back and I moved to company B. We have opened LCA to company B but my job title was changed from Programmer Analyst to Software Engineer. On the other hand, my 140 was denied and it is on MTR which is still pending. We are not sure what caused this intent to revoke, is this before of my I-140 MTR or Is it becuase new LCA opened with different title? Please advise. Link to comment
