h1 transfer and first time visa stamping chennai

Hi,

I'm going to chennai consulate for the 1st time h1B stamping.I got a one year visa extension(after initial 3 yrs.) and valid till DEC 2012. can some one please clarify these doubts?

as initial (3yr) company A has some accounting issues, while my Extension application, my A employer applied H1 through company B(sister company)

company B is brand new and have hardly 1-5 employees with in US, I'm the first one travelling outside and going for stamping, by the time i fly, i 'll have only ONE pay stub(Dec) .

what kind of questions \issues i may see with my H1 B Stamping?
