how Resume shoould be for H1B tranfer. Help plz

Please help ASAP. An end client is filing my new H1 and requires my updated resume. I have worked for a consulting company since Mar 2008 todate. I have worked on 4 different clients through my consulting company. Should I mention end client names in the resume or just put my experience under the consulting company like:

Employer: Consulting A

Period: Mar 2008 - todate

Experience : worked on java, C etc

Vs (mentioning all client names)

Employer Consulting A

Client: Client A (period Mar 2008 - Mar 2009)

Java code

Client: Client B (period Mar 2009 - Aug 2009)

C Code

Client: Client C (period Sept 2009 - Jan 2010)

MySql

I am worried if they start asking client letters or even get confused that the clients were infact employers then it might pose a problem.
