(1) Coming to US in H1B (from Canada) and then filing for Green Card (almost immediately within 3 months). Will be an Indian Citizen (2) Coming to US in TN Visa (from Canada) and then filing for Green Card (almost immediately). Will be a Canadian Citizen My question is what is the approximate waiting time period difference between an Indian and a Canadian Citizen for the Green Card if both apply now (at the same time) Link to comment
