sunshineeast Posted December 22, 2011 Report Share Posted December 22, 2011 I have a valid L1 status but resigned the L1 company now as they asked to go back, my new H1 is in RFE status and my H1 employer is taking initiatives to respond the RFE. Tentatively my employer may get H1 approval in a month. (I read in forum that I can stay with active L1 without working but with H1 receipt) In this scenario, I'd like to know how I can account this 1 month of duration without a pay either from H1 employer nor L1 employer. Will this be an issue in future immigration purposes ? Most urgent... guys please help on this. Link to comment
